 The official "CHiPs" 40th Anniversary Commemorative Badge.  Made by Smith & Warren and exclusively available only at Preston Graphics.  This quality badge is made in the USA. 

The badge is Gold Electroplate,  a pure 24K gold electroplated finish applied over a nickel base provide a gold finish that is tarnish resistant. The badge comes with a pin & safety catch and slightly curved.  The lettering is soft enamel.  This type of enamel is applied to the badge, and baked under low heat.  The indentations of the engraved letters can be felt after the enamel is applied.  Badge size: 3.125"W x 3"H.

 4 to 6 weeks estimated for delivery since these badges are not in stock and are ordered when purchased. Each badge is made to order and goes through a minimum of twenty-seven manufacturing steps with many badges requiring over forty.  Smith & Warren use highly sophisticated software to efficiently manage production so that we can get your badge on its way to you in an average of twenty working days (4 weeks).   To allow for processing, shipping, and the possibility of a few extra days in production we advise customers to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.  A typical order takes 4 to 6 weeks. Depending on sales, we may elect to stock a few for a quicker turnaround in the future.
